MG Miles Terms and Conditions

These terms describe the MG Miles rewards programme for Skincare Edit Australia at skincareedit.com. All purchase and reward amounts are in Australian dollars. By joining or using MG Miles, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your account
Participation is free. Use your own customer account and the same email address for purchases and rewards. Only one MG Miles account may be linked to an email address. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s approval. Your account, miles, tier status and reward codes are personal and may not be transferred to another customer.
Earning MG Miles
You earn 1 MG Mile for each $1 spent on eligible retail products at skincareedit.com, after discounts and including GST. Delivery charges, treatments, consultations, service deposits, gift card purchases and package protection do not earn miles. In a mixed order, only eligible product spend counts. Purchases made with a gift card can earn miles on the eligible product amount. Use your account email at checkout so eligible purchases can be associated with your balance.
When miles become available
Order miles are held for 30 days after payment before becoming available for redemption. Miles relating to cancelled, returned, refunded or charged-back eligible purchases may be reduced or reversed. A pending or unpaid order is not an available reward balance. Contact us if a cancellation, refund or account adjustment is not reflected correctly.

Sign in to your account, open MG Miles and select a reward when you have enough available miles. Redemption deducts the displayed number of miles and provides a reward code. Apply that code to a qualifying one-time purchase at skincareedit.com.
Rewards are restricted to the customer who redeemed them and cannot be combined with other product, order or shipping discounts. Minimum purchase requirements apply as shown above, and checkout determines whether an order qualifies. A reward expires six months after it is issued. Miles and reward codes cannot be exchanged for cash, used for Melanie Grant Studio services or treatments, or transferred to another customer.
The current programme has no automatic expiry schedule for miles while the programme and your account remain active. Contact us for help with an unused code, a returned reward purchase or a disputed balance. These terms do not promise automatic restoration of miles or a reward following a return or expiry.
Four-tier VIP programme
MG Miles includes four VIP tiers based on the number of miles you earn during a calendar year:

VIP qualification is measured from 1 January to 31 December and is based on miles earned, rather than your available balance or the value of rewards redeemed. Refunds and other adjustments can affect qualifying miles. Qualification starts again each calendar year. Current tier benefits are shown on the MG Miles page or in your account and may change under the “Changes to the programme” section below.
Privacy and communications
We use your account email, eligible purchase and refund information, miles balance, tier status and redemption history to operate MG Miles and provide account support, as described in our Privacy Policy. Marketing preferences are separate from participation. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages without losing eligible miles, rewards or tier status. We may still send service messages needed to operate your account or a reward you request.
Misuse, suspension and leaving the programme
We may correct a balance, suspend an account or cancel a membership where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, an error or a breach of these terms. If you want to leave MG Miles, contact us. We will explain the treatment of any unused miles, rewards and tier benefits before closing your membership. Leaving does not affect rights you have under applicable law.
Changes to the programme
We may change MG Miles, its rewards, tier benefits or these terms. We will publish material changes on this website and provide reasonable advance notice of changes that reduce existing benefits where practicable. We may suspend or end the programme for operational, legal or commercial reasons. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Australian Consumer Law and liability
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. To the extent permitted by law, any liability relating solely to a programme benefit is limited to supplying that benefit again or paying the cost of supplying it again.
