Delivery options

Available delivery options and charges for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Any product-specific delivery arrangements are stated on the product page.

Dispatch and tracking

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Carrier delivery estimates can change after dispatch.

Delivery support

If your order is late, missing or arrives damaged, contact skincareedit@melaniegrant.com with your order number. We will investigate and explain the next steps. You can contact us whether or not you purchased optional package protection.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Faulty products and proven reactions are handled under Australian Consumer Law and our Returns Policy.
