Delivery within Australia

We send every Australian order by Australia Post Express, with tracking.

Express delivery costs $12 on orders up to $299.99, and it's free on orders of $300 or more. The order value is worked out after any discounts.

We pack and dispatch orders Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Most orders leave on the day you order or the next dispatch day, so an order placed on Sunday or Monday goes out on Tuesday.

When your order ships, we email you an Australia Post tracking link. Delivery time depends on your address, and the tracking page shows Australia Post's estimate.

Delivery to New Zealand

We send New Zealand orders by Australia Post with tracking. Delivery costs $20 on orders up to $299.99, and it's free on orders of $300 or more. Most orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery to other countries

International Express costs a flat $45 per order and is sent by Australia Post with tracking. The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout.

We don't ship to the United States or Canada from this store. Customers there can shop at skincareedit.us.

Biologique Recherche products can only be sent to addresses in Australia and New Zealand.

Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country. If they aren't collected at checkout, the carrier may ask you to pay them before delivery.

The charges on this page are in Australian dollars.

Package protection

You can add Route package protection at checkout. It's optional. Whether or not you choose it, if your order is late, missing or arrives damaged, email skincareedit@melaniegrant.com with your order number. We will investigate and explain the next steps.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return unopened products delivered in Australia or New Zealand within 7 days. Returns within Australia are free. Change-of-mind returns, faulty products and reactions are all covered in our Returns Policy, and nothing in it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
