Open your MG Miles Hub and sign in with your shopping email. If you have purchased with us before, use the same email so that you can find the membership associated with your purchases.
Join or sign inExplore your rewards.
Your hub shows your available miles, current tier and rewards. Review the miles required, purchase conditions and expiry details shown for a reward before redeeming it.
MG Miles has four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Your tier is based on the miles you earn during the calendar year.

Sign in to your MG Miles Hub to view your membership and available rewards.
Which email should I use?
Use the email associated with your Skincare Edit purchases. Contact client care if you need help locating your membership.
What happens if I return a product?
Miles earned from a returned product are removed from your balance. If a reward was used, the return is handled in line with the programme terms.
